Did you have any questions?
Below you will find answers to the most common concerns.
We will update the section as needed!
We do not provide financial assistance or food assistance. We help with clothing and essential household items. For financial support, we recommend that you contact the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (KELA). Food assistance is available, for example, through the relief work of various parishes.
We accept usable and good condition clothing and goods. Think about what kind of clothing or goods you would be happy to receive. We have a separate paid service for transportation to final disposal.
Try to clean clothes and items before donating them. This makes our job much easier. Before collecting them, please make sure that the clothes do not smell and use mild detergents and fabric softeners. This takes into account, for example, allergy sufferers. The items donated are so-called necessities such as: beds, dining tables and chairs, washing machines and dishwashers, furniture, microwave ovens, dishes, etc. Child and baby care items are also important necessities for families. Please make sure that electrical appliances work and that the wires, etc. are intact. Other items, such as entertainment electronics, decorative and interior items, hobby equipment, etc., are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Due to limited storage space, we also reserve the right to sell the clothes and items received.
Our focus is on individuals, but we are also open to corporate cooperation. Although we are not exactly a moving company, nor a cleaning company, for example, we strive to expand our services and operations as much as possible and with resources, so that we can serve an even wider customer base in the future. Feel free to contact us about cooperation opportunities by calling or emailing!
